製氧機租用價目表產品租用組合月租按金

組合一 ：Yuwell製氧機 1 部$1000

組合二：  Yuwell 製氧機 1 部 + 醫療氧氣氣樽 3瓶 $1500

組合三：  Yuwell製氧機 1 部 +醫療氧氣氣樽6瓶 HK $2000

 按金: $1,000

首套配件： 
7 呎鼻喉一套、25 呎駁喉一套及駁咀一套 

1. 產品租用至少 1 個月，不足 1 個月亦以 1 個月租金計算 

2. 按金將在停止租用及退回產品後，全數退還 

3. 本公司對以上價格及優惠，有權作出更改而不另行通知 

4. 檢查服務及收機服務時間為星期一至五辦工時間

Oxygen Concentrator Rental Price List Product Rental Package Monthly Rental Deposit

Package 1: Yuwell oxygen concentrator 1 unit $1000

Package 2: 1 Yuwell oxygen concentrator + 3 medical oxygen cylinders $1500

Package 3: 1 Yuwell oxygen concentrator + 6 medical oxygen cylinders HK$2000

Deposit: $1,000

First set of accessories:

One set of 7-foot nose and throat, one set of 25-foot spout and one set of nozzle

1. The product must be rented for at least 1 month. If it is less than 1 month, it will be calculated as 1 month’s rent.

2. The deposit will be fully refunded after the rental is stopped and the product is returned.

3. The company reserves the right to make changes to the above prices and discounts without further notice.

4. Inspection service and machine collection service are available during office hours from Monday to Friday
